Privacy

This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, and does not use client-side analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session replay, or third-party analytics services.

The hosting layer may process basic access logs for security and service integrity: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and protocol metadata. Logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a security event requires a longer, case-specific retention period.

We may generate private aggregate statistics from those server logs to understand traffic volume, page performance, referral sources, crawler activity, and abuse patterns. Reports are generated privately, are not exposed on this website, and do not contain raw IP addresses or individual browsing histories. Aggregate reports may be retained for up to 13 months. Location and network information, if used, is derived locally from offline IP databases.

If you contact us by email, we process your address, message content, and related mail metadata solely to respond to your request or to handle pre-contractual steps you initiate. We retain this correspondence only as long as necessary for the request, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, understanding aggregate site usage, and preventing abuse. Where you contact us about access, processing is also based on pre-contractual steps at your request. Hosting and email are operated through Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.

Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. We do not use a US analytics provider and do not intentionally transfer website analytics data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on this website.

Under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing where the law gives you that right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, for EU residents, your local data protection authority. Address requests to privacy@raqmora.com.
